Cameroon: Protestants in Cameroon Celebrate 40th Anniversary

The day was an opportunity for Protestants to given thanks to God for 40 years of unity of Protestantism in Cameroon.
The May 20 Boulevard in Yaounde was the venue yesterday for the celebration of the 40th anniversary of Protestantism in Cameroon. Organised by the Council of Protestant Churches of Cameroon (CEPCA), the event brought together protestant Christians from the Lutheran, Baptist, Evangelical and Presbyterian churches in the country. The 40th anniversary celebrations took place in the presence of top officials of the Centre Region, members of government, the diplomatic corps as well as invited guests. The celebration was an opportunity for Protestants to give thanks to God for 40 years of unity of Protestantism in Cameroon. The event was marked by prayers, meditations, messages and praise worship....
